Around the county, food pantries see a significant decrease in donations during the summer months. Yet hunger does not take a vacation. Help us help others by making a donation to our Fresh Food, Fresh Start Campaign! Your donation will go directly to our Freshplace food pantry, providing families in the North End of Hartford with fresh, nutritious food of their own choosing. Our innovative client-centered model enables Freshplace clients to choose their own produce, meats, dairy, and non-perishables and helps them navigate a path to food security via case management services.
With your support, Freshplace is able to purchase essential food items for individuals and families facing food insecurity. Every contribution helps us provide healthy, nourishing options to those who need it most.
