Employment and Recovery Network utilizes an evidenced based best practice designed to meet the vocational needs of individuals experiencing mental illness through intensive pre-employment support, job readiness, job development, job placement assistance and follow up once employed. These individuals are also eligible to participate in vocational trainings and may receive additional support from the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services.
Employment Services are also offered in all case management and supportive housing programs that Chrysalis Center operates. Individuals work with their case manager on a plan to make career choices, increase job readiness skills, resume writing, job searches enroll in training and education and seeking and obtaining employment.
